What You’ll Do
As a therapist at Families Plus, you’ll work directly with adults, children, adolescents, and their families to provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health services. You will:
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Collaborate with a team of therapists, parent partners, and case managers in a wraparound model of care
- Use evidence-based practices to support youth experiencing adversity, including those involved with child welfare, schools, or juvenile justice
- Document treatment plans and progress notes in a timely and compliant manner
- Engage with the community and partner organizations to ensure clients receive whole-person care

- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Active Colorado license (LCSW or LPC) or LPCC
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families preferred
