Families Plus is guided by a collaborative leadership model with four Co-Executive Directors who share responsibility for advancing the organization’s mission and supporting the youth and families we serve. Each leader brings expertise in key areas of the organization, allowing for thoughtful decision-making, strong accountability, and a balanced approach to leadership.

Licenced Professional Counselor/ 
Director of Wraparound Support

Our clinical team includes therapists, SafeCare providers, Parent Partners, and neurofeedback technicians who work together to support children, adults, and families.

Therapists provide professional behavioral health care using a range of evidence informed and trauma responsive approaches tailored to each person’s needs.

SafeCare Providers deliver an evidence based home visiting program that strengthens parenting skills, promotes child safety, and supports healthy family relationships.

Parent Partners offer guidance, advocacy, and lived experience to help caregivers navigate challenges, access resources, and feel supported along the way.

Neurofeedback Technicians provide innovative brain based wellness services that help regulate the nervous system and support improved focus, balance, and overall well being.

Behind all programs at Families Plus are dedicated support staff that help make our work possible. From outreach and community engagement to data, compliance, and daily operations, this team ensures our organization runs smoothly and responsibly. Their work strengthens our ability to serve families, maintain high standards, and stay connected to our community.
