OUR MISSION The mission of Families Plus is to support parents to partner with the community to help children thrive. Families Plus is dedicated to enabling at-risk children of Delta County, Colorado to become healthy, educated, and productive young people. We do this by building a support network for children and their families through the community. We promise to: • Serve all patients. • Offer discounted fees for patients who are uninsured or underinsured. • Not deny services based on a person’s race, color, sex, disability, religion, sexual orientation or national origin. • Accept insurance, including Medicaid, Medicare, Children’s Health Insurance program and other programs accessible in Colorado, such as the Colorado Indigent Care Program. |

The fund works by providing a financial boost to every donation made to participating nonprofits on Colorado Gives Day.
The more donations a nonprofit receives on Colorado Gives Day, the more of the incentive fund they can earn.
